استخدام Customer Experience Reporter

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Reporter to gather and analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in a related role and knowing Microsoft Excel required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback data.
  • Generate regular reports on customer experience metrics.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings to senior management.
 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with call center operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
