• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. 
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and product specifications. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches. 
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides. 
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements. 
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch activities. 
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, product design, or a related role. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Passion for understanding user needs and creating solutions that deliver exceptional value. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. 

• Experience in Tech Startups. 
• Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle. 
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams. 
• Experience with product analytics tools such as GA, Clarity, Metabase, Looker studio, or similar.
