Job Summary:

We are looking for a new teammate as an Associate Product Manager in the customer tribe. You will define, develop, and manage our product roadmap. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, and technical and business teams, you will ensure successful execution and delivery of our product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and product specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch activities.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, product design, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for understanding user needs and creating solutions that deliver exceptional value.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Tech Startups.
Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
Experience with product analytics tools such as GA, Clarity, Metabase, Looker studio, or similar.
