Job Description:
- Coordination related affairs to Social Security and Complementary Insurance
- Conduction employee onboarding tasks to include: new hire orientation, scheduling first day, necessary coordination of new employee training.
- Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Collecting personnel documents and updating staff records
- Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs
- Coordination related affairs to personnel settlement
- Updating HR databases
- General administrative support for department
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- At least bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- Familiar with all human resource processes
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
- Good command of office programs (Word, Excel, …)
- Excellent communications skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal.
