Responsibilities:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and performance of the team assigned to the project.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering/ MBA or related fields
Ability to analyze Data and familiarity with analysis tools, SQL and python
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Familiarity with SQL is an advantage
