We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vendor Retention Manager to join our team at Snapp Food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our vendors are satisfied with our services and are motivated to continue working with us. The purpose of this position is to increase the retention rate of Snappfood vendors by reducing the churn rate of vendors and increasing the activity rate of restaurants on the platform. The responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Define vendor retention indicators and measure them on a regular basis to track progress.
- Develop and implement vendor retention strategies and programs to increase vendor satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze data related to vendors' behavior and performance on the Snappfood platform and translate data findings into commercially sounds business cases and strategies for reducing churn and improving retention rates.
- Diagnose and root out problems of vendors' activities on the platform and understanding churn drivers.
- Identify the reasons behind churn and low activity of vendors on the platform.
- Define and implement initiatives to reduce vendor churn rate and increase the activity of vendors on the platform.
- Define initiatives to increase the sales of vendors who have decided to churn due to low sales on the Snappfood platform.
- Design and implement vendor retention processes to ensure that vendors remain engaged and satisfied with the Snappfood platform.

- Manage the retention team, recruit and develop the team's human resources, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Manage negotiations with vendors in churn & retention processes to maximize retained vendors that requested to churn.
- Prepare negotiation scripts and tools with vendors in the vendor churn process to help reduce churn and retain more vendors.
- Monitor retention team performance and report on their progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, Engineering, Management, or other related fields
- 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful vendor retention strategies.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions.
- highly analytical mindset and have the ability to extract value and add insight to make recommendations
- Negotiation skill with vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Project management
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor performance metrics.
