شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities: 

  • Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contract.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding process.
  • Create and maintain Close relationship and communication with KA Vendors as the main contact person.
  • Being Update about last market condition in terms of assortment, pricing strategy, …
  • Having the responsibility of reaching KA vendors to their order targets.
  • Continuous Checking and follow up of KA Vendors Activation process.
  • Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with KA vendors to improve their assortment.
  • Ensure about competitive pricing of KA vendors especially on high demand and key products.
  • Acting  as a facilitator in solving KA vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …)  and follow with related teams to  ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
  • Continuous checking of KA vendor operational KPIs and assist vendors to improve them.
Requirements:

  • Problem Solving Skills Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Follow up skills
  • Strong Listening, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
