Job Description:
- Identify soft skills training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultation with instructors and design and develop solution to cover the gap
- Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve required job skills.
- Provide learning solutions with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- To drive research and analysis to provide latest trends on learning method delivery which leads to change in behavioral and organizational culture.
- Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
- Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions.
- Prepare training material and conduct learning courses including sessions, evaluations and surveys for employees.
- To provide monthly report of soft skill activities in details and timeously for monitoring current situation by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Good level of English working proficiency
- Computer skills (Google Sheet and Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent research skills to find most required behavioral and soft skill courses and design a tailor-made one for the company.
- Being able to manage and hold seminars, conferences, and training sessions in different ways.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate learning objectives that are focused, concise, and measurable.
- To be a subject matter expert, and they are skilled coaches who understand the real behavioral challenges in the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and professional public speaking skills to include classroom facilitation
- Awareness of adult learning and its guiding principles
- Knowledge in learning process, strategies, theories and standards.
- Training results analysis and evaluation, and documentation.
- Master’s degree in industrial psychology, Human Resources management, Educational Management or other related fields.
