Job Description:
- Gathering and organizing required resources for daily communications on different CRM channels.
- Providing daily reports and monitoring of CRM channels.
- Working closely with stakeholders from other marketing teams to successfully plan and run communications
- Monitoring CRM channel content and taking necessary actions to improve messaging.
- Assist in Tracking vouchers’ user usage behavior to adjust segment-based voucher offers.
- Assisting the whole process of automated marketing campaigns in support of organizational objectives and KPIs and optimizing campaigns while adhering to marketing automation and CRM best practices.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting automated customer journeys for different service categories.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Reporting and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.), RFM, and segmentation is a plus.
- Familiarity with the concepts of Marketing is a plus.
