- Build trust and strong relationships with existing and new VIP Vendors.
- Provide exceptional service and develop strategies to build and keep vendors loyalty.
- Lead and manage all activities related to VIP vendors.
- Plan and follow up to achieve the set goals by addressing and resolving VIP Vendors issues and attain their satisfaction
- Acting as the main point of contact between VIP Vendors and internal teams.
- Create solid connections with brand managers and key people of organizations.
- Follow up, monitor, and solve issues according to the specified SLA.
- Responsible for following up all VIP vendor issues through a win-win collaboration.
- Checking the contracts and the information of VIP vendors in the back office.
- Persuade vendors to sign special contracts.
- Act as a consultant and offer suggestions and solutions to VIP vendors.
- Strengthen alignment between VIP account management specialist and VIP training specialist.
- Gather, clear and analyze the data related to the VIP vendors to troubleshoot and improve procedures and workflows
- to do other related assigned tasks by higher managers in area of account management
Technical Competencies:
- Familier with Sales and Marketing
- Having financial and accounting knowledge.
- Strong negotiation knowledge and ability.
- Excellent MS Excel skill and good at other officeand google tools.
- Familiar with English
