شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

  • Understanding and translating business objectives into research steps (questionnaires, focus groups, e.g.)
  • Collecting data through interviews, focus groups, surveys and other market research methods.
  •  Providing competitive analysis and preparing reports
  •  Designing surveys and guidelines for qualitative research such as focus and in- depth interview and other quantitative surveys.
  • Planing, coordinating and running focus group meetings and leading focus group discussion and keeping them on track
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods ( SPSS ,STATA,Excel,...)
  • Performing statistical analysis such as correlation, regression, cross tabs, t- test , ... 
Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide reports in English 
  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis. 
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. 
  • Ability to lead and facilitate group discussions. 
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc) 
  • Familiarity with programming languages R or Python is an advantage for selection
