Responsibilities:

Collaborating with inventory control teams to manage stock levels and monitor product availability. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Identifying and selecting suppliers who can meet the operational needs of the department. Responsible for negotiating prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual terms. Reach mutually beneficial agreements that optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Following project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reports on operational metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
Ensuring the accuracy of processes by implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
Ensuring smooth operations by coordinating schedules, managing activities, and optimizing crucial routes to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management. (Verbal and written)
Good at analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Data- Driven and result oriented skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
