Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the Commercial team performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Generating reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion or diversification.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, benchmarking Snappfood's performance against industry standards.
  • Supporting the development of short-term and long-term business and team strategies in alignment with Snappfood's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Commercials managers to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.
  • Classifying and recording different data and reports for future usage
 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with process management (modeling, analysis and process improvement)
