Job Description

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and efficiency? SnappBox is seeking a senior data analyst to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you'll design and develop experiments such as A/B testing, implement automation solutions, and manage offering topics to optimize our delivery operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data analysis results into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to drive operational improvements.
  • Design and execute experiments, such as A/B testing, to inform business decisions and validate hypotheses.
  • Offer real-time data analysis and rapid solutions during urgent operational challenges, ensuring 24/7 operational resilience.
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
  • Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective analytics, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation
  • Stay current with business trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows
  • Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.
Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in python development, data science, software engineering or data analytics.
  • Proven experience in python development, statistical analysis and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (python, SQL, PowerBI, Docker, Redis)
  • Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
  • Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
