About the position
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the customer relationship management strategy and customer loyalty topics. You will collaborate with product and tech teams, support international projects, and manage SMS costs and budgeting. You will use data-driven insights to create engaging and personalized customer experiences that drive retention and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Cab and Growth Topics CRM using our proprietary management system
  • Act as the product point of contact for the entire CRM team and collaborate with product and tech teams on requirements, timeline, testing, etc.
  • Manage Snapp's loyalty programs, including SnappClub and SnappPro (Snapp's subscription program)
  • Help and support international projects
  • Business owner on SMS cost, manage and oversee negotiating different providers and group strategies on SMS spending
  • Facilitate business finance, budgeting and quarterly planning for multiple group services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA will be preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing or similar roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with CRM management is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team of CRM specialists.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
