We are looking for a qualified Associate HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals for our call center teams. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to retention, as well as resolving employee relations issues, providing HR guidance, and implementing HR strategies that support our call center performance and culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment for Call Centers Position based on requirements.
  • Developing and implementing performance management programs for the call center team
  • Conflict Management across Call Center Teams
  • Work closely with call center staff and management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Identify training needs for call center teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs and measure their effectiveness.
Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Full understanding of Recruitments process and Interview Methods and Performance Management
  • Analytical and goal oriented with strong knowledge of HR metrics
  • Familiar with Data analysis software such as excels and ATS
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and processes
  • Familiar with Call Centers' challenges and Solutions about theirs
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and best practices for call center operations
