Job description

The Product Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product vision. This role ensures that products are aligned with user needs, business goals, and company objectives by leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute the product strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Identify customer and market needs through research, data analysis, and feedback.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver maximum business and user value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the product management team.
  • Align stakeholders around a unified product vision and communicate priorities clearly.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle — from ideation and launch to optimization and growth.
  • Continuously explore ways to enhance user experience and product performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
  • Proven experience managing and launching successful digital products (preferably SaaS, platforms, or mobile apps).
  • Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and digital product development processes.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.
