Responsibilities:
- Answering Vendors’ questions by phone and ticket.
- Keeping the service and Vendors’ management system up to date.
- Cooperation and ability with other teams and units to achieve maximum productivity.
- Implementing performance improvement programs.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Working experience in the field of operations and support.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- The ability to communicate between individuals and teams.
- Motivated and eager to work in stressful times.
- Able to work effectively and with sufficient output with the least amount of supervision from managers or supervisors.
- Sufficient mastery of Office (Word/Excel).
- An effective listener (receiving information in the desired form) and the ability to establish effective telephone and face-to-face communication.
