Job Description:
The compensation & and benefits analyst is responsible for evaluating and analyzing employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. They will conduct thorough research, collect and analyze data, and make recommendations to enhance the company's compensation and benefits packages. Duties may include conducting market research and benchmarking, analyzing compensation data, developing and implementing compensation strategies, and assisting with benefits administration, The compensation & and benefits analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent by offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of compensation principles and regulations, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Duties:
- Participate in annual C&B surveys.
- Provide accurate Ad-Hoc reports as per request of the direct manager or MDs.
- Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses.
- Clean reported data and check the quality of data.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners with data.
- Cooperates with the salary benchmarking external consulting company.
- Analyzing the gap between ventures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Management field required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an analyst is required.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Familiar with HR software.
- Analytical and critical thinking ability is a must.
