Operations Performance Management Supervisors keep track of key performance indicators across different functions, including Vendor’s Performance (Pharmacy, Lab and Home Care), and different OPS depts. They monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.

- Develop and improve Operational Vendors’ processes within operations departments.
- Monitor daily service levels, and come up with effective strategies to enhance fulfillment rates.
- Find blockers, and raise them in time using analytical skills.
- Evaluate and report on business metrics to upper management.
- Get connected with suppliers, and define metrics to assess delivered quality.
- Improve the work environment and operations team of the organization as a whole.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in relevant position.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
