Responsibilities:
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
- High participation in the planning of required manpower needed in operations.
- Ensure timely availability of required manpower through direct hiring, Flex hiring or contractor.
- Training needs assessment and assisting learning and development performance in aligning training programs with business objectives. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Pro-active participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams in order to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with business executives
- Excellent leadership and management skills to handle the human resource business partner team.
