The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for evaluating and analyzing employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. They conduct thorough research, collect and analyze data, and make recommendations to enhance the company's compensation and benefits packages.

- Stay updated on compensation principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide analytical support for compensation-related projects and initiatives.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a compensation & benefits analyst or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
