استخدام Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Smartech, we build large-scale Martech and Adtech systems that process high-volume real-time traffic and data.
 We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex backend and distributed systems challenges and wants to work on products used at scale.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs 
  • Build and optimize real-time data pipelines and stream-processing systems 
  • Work with distributed systems handling high-throughput traffic and data 
  • Improve system reliability, observability, and performance 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams 
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making 
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices 
Requirements

  • 4+ years of backend development experience 
  • Strong coding skills in Python or Go 
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, and asynchronous/event-driven architectures 
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, or Scylladb 
  • Good understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture 
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment 
Nice to Have

  • Experience in Adtech, Martech, Fintech, or high-scale internet products 
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices 
  • Exposure to ML/AI-powered systems
