Responsibilities:
- Works with outside & internal stakeholders.
- Helps teams execute on a shared vision.
- Outlines what success looks like & outlines the plan for achieving success.
- Owns & defines vision, marketing, ROI.
- Research and Study about the future of the product, competitors and best practices.
- manage the entire product development process.
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
- Defining Roadmaps and visions for all products.
- collaborate closely with both the scrum and product development departments to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product & conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to clients.
- Owner of product discovery, the iterative process of reducing uncertainty around a problem or idea to make sure that the right product gets built for the right audience.
- Commitment to generate revenue for the organization through product development.
- Prioritizing needs.
- complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Requirements:
- Outstanding background as a Product Manager in the software production environment
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Expert in documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
