Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. As part of Data team at Sheypoor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping managers and executives make data-driven decisions. Your role will focus on analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide strategic insights to various departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, provide data-driven solutions, and assist decision-making.
  • Utilize tools such as Python, SQL, Spark, and data visualization platforms to develop comprehensive analyses.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and product metrics for various departments.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing business decisions through data.
  • Proficiency in Python in the field of data (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and SQL for efficient querying, data manipulation, and advanced analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, PySpark, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, and corresponding libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing best practices is a plus.
