Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement ECRM Strategies: Lead the development and execution of ECRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Data Integration and Analysis: Manage the integration of customer data from various sources, conduct data analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform ECRM initiatives.

Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized and impactful communication with our customer base.

Automation and Workflow Management: Implement ECRM automation tools to streamline processes, including automated customer journeys, lead nurturing, and personalized interactions.

Multichannel Engagement: Oversee multichannel engagement strategies, leveraging electronic channels such as email, social media, and mobile apps to enhance customer interactions.

Personalization: Drive personalization efforts by tailoring messages and content based on customer preferences, behavior, and segmentation.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of ECRM campaigns, measure key metrics, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of ECRM initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ECRM, with a focus on strategy development, data analysis, and multichannel engagement.

Proficiency in ECRM tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.

Experience in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of automation tools and workflow management.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing ECRM performance.
