شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This means maximizing traffic to a site by improving page rank within search engines. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and decision-maker with the ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Keyword Planner and Moz) to identify strong keywords for campaigns.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design.
  • Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page.
  • Implement optimizations on the website, including writing meta content, improving site structure, and optimizing for mobile devices.
  • Work with content marketing and design teams to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, content growth, and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and other relevant SEO tools.
  • Experience with website optimization tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
