We are hiring a talented product owner assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed documentation(SRS, Solution doc)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Remove impediments and help to coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Requirements
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Ability to provide English documents (mandatory)
- UI/UX design skills (Nice to have)
