Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with Business Units: Work closely with managers and teams to provide HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Organizational Change Management: Offer consultation on organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
HR Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret HR metrics related to performance, retention, and recruitment, and deliver actionable insights.
Talent Development and Succession Planning: Collaborate in identifying and developing talents, and design training and career advancement programs.
Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation processes and providing feedback to employees.
Enhancing Organizational Culture: Foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HRBP or in similar HR roles in large organizations.
Skills:
Knowledge of best HR practices, particularly in performance management, talent development, and change management.
Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven solutions for organizational challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
Solid understanding of labor laws and social security regulations.
