شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact for all issues related to concerns from customers and clients.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Communicate and collaborate with clients to analyze and find the best solution for all issues.
Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
Following standard procedures for properly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully functional after resolving them.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Maintain plugins and other source codes used by customers.

 

 


 Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Good understanding of computer systems, backend APIs and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of PHP language and related CMS and e-commerce platforms e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, …

Ability to read, understand and write technical document, especially financial and payment related APIs.
