Job Title: Technical Lead
We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Technical Lead to join our innovative team at abrNOC. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, mentoring talented teams, and leading the development of cutting-edge IT solutions, this opportunity is for you.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical vision of our international products while working in a collaborative, dynamic, and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Define and implement the technical strategy and long-term vision for our products
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the technical lifecycle of product development to ensure functionality, performance, and stability
Technical Design and Development: Design and develop scalable and secure product architectures
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing technical team
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives
Foster a Culture of Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend development
Strong experience with React and Vue.js for frontend development
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, modern IT systems, and microservices architecture
6+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Proficiency in English, particularly in technical reading and writing

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Experience in scalable system design
Knowledge of agile methodologies

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies

Work Location & Schedule:

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
Workplace Policy: Full Time – Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule.
Remote day: Tuesday
