Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in an accurate way, via phone, email or online chat
- Identify customer needs and support clients to use the product efficiently
- Monitor client complaints on social media
- Inform customers about new product features
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Gather customers’ feedback and share them with accountable departments
Requirements
- Experienced as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar CS role
- Familiarity with online retail industry is a plus
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patient and self-motivated
