As a Technical Recruiter at Snapptrip, you will be a key player in our growth journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent who share our passion for innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Recruiter at Snapptrip, you will be a key player in our growth journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent who share our passion for innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with tech professionals
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Coordinate technical assessments and onsite interviews
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection.
- Prepare documentation for the hiring process
- Promote Snapptrip’s employer brand within the tech community
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech industry
- Familiarity with software development roles and technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to assess technical skills
- Passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workforce
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATSs)
- English fluency is a definite asset
