شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates to create a strong talent pool.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Assist in developing interview questions and assessments that align with the role's requirements.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through online and offline channels.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives.
  • Create engaging content to showcase the company's culture and values on social media and other platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
