Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models.
Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends using statistical analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
Utilize ETL processes to gather, clean, and transform data for modeling purposes.
Continuously improve existing models through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
Research and implement cutting-edge statistical modeling methodologies.
Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and guide data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling, analysis, and machine learning.
Proficiency in statistical analysis using tools like Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) for data manipulation and exploration.
Extensive experience in developing predictive models, interpreting outputs, and evaluating performance.
Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Effective communication to convey complex statistical concepts.
Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
