| Making and fallow up all marketing activities (such as event concept, promotions social and other media announce, decorations etc…) in compliance with the SC positioning
| Develop corporate communication strategy and implementation of the corporate materials
| Working with different marketing consultant and advertisement agencies
| Develop, coordinate and operate social responsibility projects
| Manage media agency relation and public relations
| Organize and follow up of the CRM and tenants surveys in the SC
| Creation of the new marketing strategies by following the potential tenant problem, the competitive shopping center marketing activities, the new developed shopping centers
| Manage the info desk and the activities and coordination to result the customer complaints
| Checking the outputs of the marketing campaigns events etc. and reporting
| Verify and analyse the result of market research and other surveys
| Managing the loyalty program of the shopping center
| Support to the relevant department concerning positioning and branding issues
| Prepare Marketing Plans
| Prepare the yearly marketing budget and fallow up
| Graduated from a business administration Marketing program in relevant university
| Minimum 5 years of experience in shopping center Marketing activities
| Experience on retail sector, positioning and branding,
| Preferred Age: Up to 45 years old
| Preferred Gender: Male or Female
| Specific and clear experience in B2B and B2C marketing
| Mastery of the Brand management basics
| Fluency English
| Reporting and analysis skills
| Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
| Has an analytical mind-set
| Proficient in MS Office programs
| Experienced in customer relations and team motivation
| Able to work flexible hours
| Smiling, positive, dynamic
