This is a great role for technical experts looking to grow their responsibility without taking on managerial tasks. This role is deeply technical, You will not waste your time on non-technical activities. We want your technical expertise! But do not forget soft skills.
What you will be doing:
* Code in one of this key roles (backend/ full-stack developer)
* Identifying the true root cause of complex software problems
* Avoiding bad code changes
* Building comprehensive automatic tests in clean code
* Playing inside full CI/CD implementation for the products 
What you will NOT be doing:
* Dealing with pressures to implement technical decisions made by senior leaders, project managers and bureaucrats
* Being a slave to project plans, budgets and risk avoidance
* Managing developers or a scrum process
* Attending frequent meetings
* Coaching engineers individually
Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming the go-to expert on products to which you are assigned
* Upholding high standards on fundamental data structures, algorithms, clean code principles.
* Digging deep into issues to identify root causes
Candidate Requirements:
* A degree in computer science or the commercial equivalent
* Deep knowledge of .NET Core and ASP.NET Core and its ecosystem (Threading, Async, Linq, ...)
* Relational database schema design and querying (SQL-Server)
* Experience in Entity Framework Core and be familiar with other ORMs is a plus
* Experience in writing Unit-Tests/Integration-Tests and test frameworks like XUnit/NUnit
* Advanced SQL programming experience
* StackOverflow reputation and active GitHub account is a plus
Nice to have:
* Expertise designing CI/CD pipelines 
* Deep familiarity with cloud platforms , micro services, ddd
* Experience in containerization, Docker and Kubernetes
* Familiar with go-lang
