Key Responsibilities:
- Teacher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our teachers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Supply-Demand Balance: Monitor and analyze supply and demand trends to ensure optimal teacher availability.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews for new teacher candidates, potentially involving current teachers in the process.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve teacher retention and satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Identify opportunities for teachers’ improvement and encourage participation in training sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve platform goals and foster a supportive community among teachers.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in account management, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for education and supporting teachers.
