استخدام Senior Account Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our  Sales team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as an Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large brands.
  • Drive sales of our advertising services.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal teams, including product and design teams.
  • Provide expert advertising advice and solutions to clients.
  • Manage client contracts, including renewals and modifications.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:

  • Ability to see projects through to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy.
  • Results-oriented: Driven to achieve results and exceed expectations.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with large brands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
