At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Center Of Excellence in HR team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior HR Process Excellence Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Model, and analyze human resource processes
- Benchmark organizational structures and HR models
- Cooperate in process deployment in Jira service management
- Discover Buggs in deployed processes and report to developers
- Define WBS of HR projects & follow up HR projects (Control Project)
- Create managerial reports weekly and monthly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial engineering, Management
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Excellent BPMN Skill
- Ability to define process KPIs & analyze the outputs
- Good knowledge of planning & project management
- Expert in advanced Excel
- Expert in Power BI
- Familiarity with MSP
- Familiarity with HR Processes
- Familiarity with BPMS deployment
- Familiarity with Jira service management
- Ability to conduct benchmark
