شرح موقعیت شغلی

Account manager as a part of marketing team, takes over all creator account management responsibilities. She/he supports creators after they submit their project into the site and monitors the campaign process, creating a relationship with the creator is also her/his responsibility

:Responsibilities

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts

Building relationships with creators

Collecting and analyzing data from industry trends

Help creators through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

Monitoring and support projects and report the result

 

:Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management, communications, or related field

Ability to collect, track, and analyze data

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong reporting skills

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Ability to communicate with key accounts
