We operate in distinct units focusing on Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Experience, Payroll and Compensation, Infrastructure Development, and Data Management. Our commitment to these areas ensures that we not only attract but also nurture and retain the best talent in the industry.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented individuals. You will work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the attraction of high-caliber candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct various recruitment activities such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- between 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Proficiency in HR software and social media platforms.
