شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying top talent, and helping us build a high-performing workforce. You will collaborate with Group HR Manager to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and responsibilities, evaluating their qualifications, and conducting reference checks.
Provide guidance and recommendations on hiring decisions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and success.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and experience working with ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
