As the Operation Specialist at Miare, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's operational processes, maintaining high-quality service levels, and achieving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other teams to create and analyze data dashboards that optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop new processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure logistics processes are aligned with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement best practices for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Complete mastery of Microsoft Excel and online sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage work challenges and emotions.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
