This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market research methodologies, and the ability to communicate findings to key stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Design and execute market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights and recommendations for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define research objectives, develop research plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Utilize various research tools and platforms to gather and analyze data, such as customer surveys, online analytics, and social media listening.
- Stay up to date with the latest market research methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the evaluation of new market opportunities and the assessment of potential risks.
- Analyze public opinion and sentiment regarding the company's brand and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, preferably within the ondemand delivery or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Proficiency in using market research tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey research findings.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced in conducting competitor analysis, including gathering data on competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software.
- A passion for staying informed about market trends and consumer behavior.
