شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who is responsible for performing a number of administrative duties, conserving the CEO time and providing liaison between CEO and employees. In this versatile and highly visible role, you need to demonstrate broad administrative skills while using sound judgement, excellent communication skills and ability to multitask as you serve as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and a bridge for smooth communication between the office and internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects and demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CEO communications, meetings and appointments.
  • Preparation of financial reports for CEO and other clients.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Supporting different teams with preparing reports if needed.
  • Daily bookkeeping of financial transactions and treasure documents and invoices
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare meeting material, agenda and brief as needed.
  • Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
  • Read and write correspondence emails.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and team members or other staff at all levels.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
  • Attention to details is a must as well as strong organizational skills
  • Quick learner, self-driven, motivated and persistent
  • Excellent at providing reports and presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge)
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Be able to take the initiative on problem solving and resolution of complex problems is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Persian and English. (Ability to Write/speak in Arabic or Chinese language is a plus)
  • Being extremely proactive in supporting administration and operations
