You will be responsible for the experience of our onsite and remote employees. This role will lead the charge in fostering an office environment, remote environment, and culture of creativity and inclusivity, where our teams can do their best work. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People Experience Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding for Lively employees in partnership with the Director and other members of the HR team
- Plan, organize, and execute all company hybrid events
- Foster a culture of high engagement for all Lively employees, proactively thinking about the experience of our located and remote teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in employee experience management, or similar
- Experience in planning and executing hybrid events
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Flexible, can manage through rapid changes in rules (e.g., COVID)
- Empathetic, you care deeply about employees’ experiences and the people on your team
