We are looking for talented and passionate team member to join our team as an Organizational Development Manager. Organizational Development Manager in Lendo plans, develops, implements, and administers development programs for company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Leads on workforce performance management, designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify the key positions and personnel in the organization, design a succession plan and oversee its updates.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organizational change
- Influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
- Support an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates talented individuals to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR
Requirement:
- At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with an ability to drive implementation.
- Strong collaboration, consultative and influencing skills with the broader HR community.
- Experience in planning and leading organizational development projects.
