استخدام Senior Help Desk Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an Senior Help Desk Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide oversight and management to the IT Applications and deliver high quality services
  • Acts as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaborates with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates
  • Define and agree on Service level agreements (SLA´s) to/with business in alignment with IT Applications Services Strategy and Report KPI´s and SLA achievement and manage violations or major service issues. Act as escalation instance towards business
  • Sets and measures performance objectives for self and provides regular feedback to all members of the team. Share knowledge and best practices with all team members and make recommendations to line manager for further improvements
  • Ensure that regular status update and service review meetings are conducted with business representatives and external service providers to review service performance against the agreed service levels and to exchange information about ongoing projects and new demands.
  • Work with VOIP.
  •  Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
  • • Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Main Requirements:


  •  Proven working experience as an IT Manager, Senior Help Desk Specialist, SysAdmin Specialist or relevant experience.
  •  Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  •  Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  •  Strong creative and analytical thinking
  •  Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
