Product Manager Job Description:

  • Understanding market needs to get ideas for products that customers will want 
  • Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
  • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market     
  • Define product roadmap in line with strategic business goals and plans based on OKRs
  • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
  • Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability 
Responsibilities:

·  The mission of this role is to grow an engaged audience by creating web and digital products that our user’s love

·  Lead the build of different products by coordinating with designers, developers, and our internal team

·  Write technical specifications for developers for the creation of new features and maintain internal documentation of  product releases

·  Responsible for developing features and creating content which drives organic growth to our product

·  Increase user retention rate across our properties by understanding our audience and developing new features to maximize user engagement

·  Monitor, react to, and grow important SaaS product KPIs 

·  Strong ownership over the backlog, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

·  Strong experience (2+ years) managing digital web products 

·  An eye for UI/UX design and being able to communicate with designers and developers

·  Strong Understanding of data in product and implementing Data-Driven Product Management

·  Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English language

·  Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodology

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

·  Highly experience working with Jira & Trello

·  Very organized with a high attention to detail

·  Analytical; excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and web based KPIs

·  Ability to execute at a very detailed level while keeping the big picture in mind
